AMS was crucial to our move to a cloud environment. Between the planning, transition, and continuing support, they have been amazing to work with. Our transition moved very fast with minimal interruption to daily work around the office. We have enjoyed working with everyone from the AMS office. Any time we have any issues, they are resolved quickly and with little impact on office operations.

We have been in business with AMS for over 19 years. They have always treated us well and work very fast when we have IT problems and they have some of the best customer service out there.We have recently just worked on a big project on new server and cloud integration. The project and transfer of data went very smooth and easy!

Sound Family Medicine has been working with AMS since October. We are very happy with the level of knowledge and support we receive. They are a very patient and friendly group! They are our level 1 tech support and helpdesk call center, and do an amazing job talking to our staff! :)I highly recommend them.

The company I work for was experiencing issues with our website and mobile app and Taylor, Dean and Dina were amazing throughout the painful process of resolving the issue. They worked around the clock to make sure we covered our basis! We could not have done it without them!

AMS has been crucial in helping our office move into the 21st century. They managed our transition from a physical hard drive that 10+ people were trying to share files on/work off of remotely to cloud storage and SharePoint. All of our work is significantly easier, including working with partners outside our organization. They've also helped us get our computers into working order and make smart decisions on purchases v repairs. Their support is prompt, honest, and to the point. We're grateful to work with them!

2020 has proven to be one of the more challenging years to be in business with the pandemic and how to maneuver doing business remotely for our employees and working with our clients. On top of that we relocated our corporate office . AMS played a huge role in support ing our IT needs and making all of those transitions go smoothly.
